Referencing this thread (thread798-1212022),

I have several scheduled jobs that were set up by our vendor. All but the reconcile are failing. When I come in, there are several blank windows that just say SCHNORTEL at the top and the scheduler has several jobs in the Queue that say running. When I delete the jobs and start them manually, the SCHNORTEL window pops up, then the job just sits in the Queue.

I don't know that there is any purge set up, or archiving as noted in the referenced thread. Can anyone assist? What information is helpful?

Thanks!

Make sure that the Data Buffering & Access is connected to your switch. This is the device that grabs all the scheduled events.

When all else fails.......quit!

These were working up until a few weeks ago -- I'm wondering if maybe something is full? It doesn't appear that there is anything in the jobs except the download of CDR data and cost accounting. The retrievals and one off jobs work fine.

The CDR can become full. If you get to a million call records you need to go in and fix that Access data base. I have had to do this a few times.
The file is called CDRD001.MDB In Access you have to repair this file. Billing can not be running in the back ground so close that first. If you have never done this or are leary of ding this have some that has worked in Access or have your vendor do it. You could delete a million call records if your not careful.

When all else fails.......quit!

Thanks nortelinsd - Access isn't even installed on the computer running OTM -- I installed 2003 and 2000 and both say that they are newer than the version that created the database and asks if I want to convert the file. Will upgrading the file mess anything up? I thought about creating a copy, then upgrading and testing it out... any thoughts on that?

Did you ever get this working? The Harddrive on our OTM box died and we reinstalled everything, only change was a new hard drive.

Now I am getting the same "SCHNORTEL" error box when it tries to run the Corp Directory update.

Going to call the vendor, just curious if you ever got yours working before I made the call.
