OTM question

Hello,
When I want to add a phone to a certain group to allow call pickup (PUA) the change doesn't take in effect.

I carefully watched to script it run in the background and noticed that when it send the change for the "PUA" it sends it as "PUD".

How can I fix this?

use the system passthru and do it manually ... till you figure out if the OTM needs any patches

what version are you on? what OS? what PBX?

Hi,

Set the PUA option to denied. Send the set. Set the PUA option to allowed (You did enter a groupnumber right??) and send it again.

Sorry for the late response. I did the change manually. But I would still would like to fix OTM. If you guys know of any patches please pass them along.

Igymann, what version of OTM do you have, and what OTM peps/service updates do you have installed? If you have OTM 2.1, you need to have SU1 (21056su1e.exe) installed to fix the problem.
