Can someone tell me if there is a way to tell how many calls are placed to a receptionist phone using OTM? We have a 2616 for our receptionist with a did number on key 0. Our Ldn is 0 so if you zero out of voice mail or dial 0 internally it goes to her. I need to run a report that shows the total number of calls to that phone not just to her DID. She gets approx 500 calls a day and the report I get from OTM is only showing about 40.

you would need to setup station to station CDR reports -

for the console LD 12 ICDR-ICDA

for sets CLS - ICDA

may also require setup changes in OTM to recognise and report station to station calls

Another option is to use traffic reports on the Console.
 
That's a start, but we aren't using a M2250 we have a 2616 and ICDA is in the class of service. We get the records from an ext. dialing her ext., I just don't see any calls being from voice mail. Any other suggestions?

you may be getting them and OTM not reporting - check your RAW data or turn on CDR for your local terminal and make a test call.
