Can someone tell me if there is a way to tell how many calls are placed to a receptionist phone using OTM? We have a 2616 for our receptionist with a did number on key 0. Our Ldn is 0 so if you zero out of voice mail or dial 0 internally it goes to her. I need to run a report that shows the total number of calls to that phone not just to her DID. She gets approx 500 calls a day and the report I get from OTM is only showing about 40.
