Where does the System User ID & Password come from??? When I click OK the Overlay Passthru as Connection Type, the System Login pops up with the System User ID & Password filled in. There is NOTHING in the customer/properties tab under Scheduler System ID (in Server or Client)

It is under the system prperties and then customer properties tab. Good Luck!

User ID is the name you use when you log in to your PBX for example ADMIN1. Password is probably the same password that you use to log into the PBX. User name comes after LOGI when you log into the PBX if you dont put anything after LOGI when you log into the PBX then you are not using log on names so put nothing in the User ID box and just put the password for the PBX.

its under :system properties>customers>properties> user ID and password.

Nope. That is empty.
There is NOTHING in the customer/properties tab under Scheduler System ID (in Server or Client)
See why I'm looking for an additional field somewhere.
