Will OTM work on Windows 2003 Server? Is it supported?

We're putting in a new Option 11/Succession 3.0 and are looking for a machine to put OTM on. Just wondering if 2003 will do the job, or it I need to load Windows 2000 on a machine for it. Either way, the machine will only be doing OTM.

Thanks!
Matt
