OTM not connecting to remote site

We have OTM setup at a central site with three other sites that are connected to OTM. Sites 1 and 2 connect fine, however I cannot connect to site 3. This has worked in the past but now it has stopped working. I cannot ping the remote PBX through the OTM server or vice-versa. However I can ping the remote PBX from the central site's Cisco switch. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to look next.

do a trace route and find out where it stops then have the network guys look at it. If it will not ping then you will not reach it.

I did that and it fails right at the central cisco switch. If I go into that switch I can ping the remote PBX.

Check the Default Gateway configured on the remote PBX to make sure it knows how to respond back:

LD 117
=>prt route

Should show you the default route.

I did print the route and the gateway was wrong. I changed that to the proper gateway and it still is not working.
