I found an old thread about this, but after following the steps, I am still getting error "database locked by user\\neo\administrator Process list manager SyncApp"
I looked through the C/:nortel folder and found 3 instances of files ending in "lck" and changed them to "bck".
I also went into the W3MONV75 and deleted one active user (with OTM services down) and rebooted (not just restarted) the computer.
I would appriciate any help, thx
BTW -The station admin will retrieve from PBX, this error only occurs with the List Manager
