OTM Not able to change speed call list

I found an old thread about this, but after following the steps, I am still getting error "database locked by user\\neo\administrator Process list manager SyncApp"

I looked through the C/:nortel folder and found 3 instances of files ending in "lck" and changed them to "bck".

I also went into the W3MONV75 and deleted one active user (with OTM services down) and rebooted (not just restarted) the computer.

I would appriciate any help, thx

BTW -The station admin will retrieve from PBX, this error only occurs with the List Manager
 
Even after calling Avaya this did not get resolved as they dont support the older product releases of OTM. I was able to get my hands on a OTM install disc and remove and reinstall it. If you do this make sure you go through OTM and throughly record information because you are building this from the ground up......
