OTM- NO CPMD

After retrieving CPND, I want to modify a key assignment (SCR, name, etc.) I receive the following error popup:

No CPND configuration record exists for this customer

and also i can`t transmit them again to the system( option 11). transmit key is not active.
any explanation pls.

Go to the CPND module. Click on the View menu. Choose CPND - Synchronize - Retrieve - Specify - Customer 0 - OK.
This will pull in the CPND configuration record from the PBX that is needed in OTM.................
