I am getting an error on one handset which is coming up with Station File is locked (Station File in use by another user)

I have checked the connected User sessions and mine is the only session, i have tried terminating OTM and re launching but this doesnt help either. All my colleagues have confirmed they dont have the application open.

Anyone got any ideas on how to "unlock" this file.

I have tried global updating the file, i have tried to update the file i however anything i try comes up with File locked.

You'll need to go into OTM via windows explorer, (Normally Nortel/common data/, do a search on Station, you'll see one that says locked, just delete it, and away you go. Often cause dby more then one user in system at same time.
 
Just a reboot should clear that, problem usually is caused by someone clicking the X box in the corner rather than clicking cancel button.
 
Thanks a reboot seemed to fix it!
