From OTM Navigator System , go to security tab.Yo will see users, user groups and user authentication.First you have to create new user group and you have to select user rights for this group. And then create new users and assign to this group...
If you have TBS Enhanced, you can have users pull reports on the Web by going to their entries in the Employee Directory [or Roles/Projects], clicking on the Attributes tab and adding the attributes of login name, user group and Web Reporting Access Rights [based upon their position in the Organizational Hierarchy]. You may also need to go into the Web as an Administrator and massage the rights for WEBTBS in a particular user group.
