I'm using OTM 2.20, which at least on our system is fairly buggy...

The listings in Station Administration is woefully out of date so I thought I'd do a download of everything. Most of the info is now correct but a lot of the names didn't update correctly.

I've gone into CPND however a lot of the entries are now coming up with "DN xxx not in numbering plan".

Where do I find (and change!) the numbering plan in OTM? The help text refers to an ESN icon but I can find no trace of it.

Thanks

C

From the OTM navigator screen, right click on the system which one you want to change.Right click and select properties.
On this properties window select customers and properties again. You will see numbering plan.Select it and press add button.Select regular DN.Write your DN range.

Thank you very much. I did right click on things but only on the items without property options

Many thanks

you must close the station admin/CPND/etc and the system window.

then go into Properties again for the system

(System window is what you would normally double click to get the window you would then to go station admin from. Often labled opt11 or opt61 etc.)

Follow Viperen's instructions above.
