OTM Error

Upon logging into OTM, I am presented with the error:

"Can't create OTMAuthentication Instance"

"Authentication: 8000401a"

Thus, I can't get into OTM to perform changes.

Any ideas?

auth link usually means it can't see the server.. if the link is up reboot the otm server and log back on.. had the same problem after a power cycle (planned) a few days ago, no one had logged back on to the server, just booted it

What is the OTM release? Is this a new install? upgrade? Was it working and just stopped?? If it is 2.2 from new insatll or upgrade to 2.2 refer to the GRB on the installation disc for a possible fix.
