OTM Data Buffer

Hi guys,

Can somebody point me where can i go in order to lessen the percentage value of my buffer on LD 117? My current status of buffer was 104 % and my OTM Traffic Data Collection failed.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, did you do a STAT BUF in LD 117 and that's where you got the 104%? I've never seen one over 100% - didn't know it was possible.

What kind of PBX and release? Can you post the results of STAT BUF here?

I'm wondering if someone did an ENL BUF ALL and so the buffer is filling up with things other than traffic and CDR (that OTM doesn't collect).

Have you gotten an IOD365 lately, to indicate that the PBX lost connection with the OTM (via network ELAN)?
