OTM CDR Collection Explanation 2

I use OTM to collect CDR data via data buffering and access. It outputs it to a flat file (detail1.img), my question is what does the information mean? What does the N, S and E stand for? What are the & for? Are the trailing 000 000 of any significance? I am hoping somebody could breakdown this information for me or point me to some sort of documentation. I have included a sample output below:
