OTM & MAT Question

My company is looking into purchasing either OTM or MAT. I know that MAT has discontinued by Nortel. Having always administered the switches through the terminal or dialing in with Procomm, I was wondering are both MAT & OTM strictly LAN/IP based or can you also use them by dialing in as you can with Avaya's DSA/ASA? Thanks in advance.

OTM can connect to a serial port (modem) we are using a combination ip/serial with no problems OTM 2.0
