OTM 2.2 Stats Problem

HI

I'm running OTM 2.2 on a client site. OTM keeps on losing it's stats. The one day the stats are all there the next day it is gone. Problem seems to be intermittant. Any Ideas.

Have you checked the event buffer for errors? Also, what stats are missing? Billing System, GCAS?

The problem seems to be only on the console stat and indivdual console stats. What about the USB dongle can the sleepm mode causes this problem.

i had a similar problem, i ended up setting the PC power settings to never turn anything off

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder
