OTM 2.2 message center DN

I am trying to help someone define the message center DN in OTM 2.2. Where is that option in the numbering plan. I set the ext to a regular DN but am being told that they don't see anywhere to define it. Can anyone help?

Instead of assigning it as a "regular DN" go to the drop down and assign it as "Message Center". Just did that earlier today on a OTM 2.2

That's what I told this person to do in the first place. But it not showing that as an option. I am starting to think that in the tab before it under options they don't have the message center DN checked. Or they checked it but didn't apply it.
