OTM 2.2. - Corporate Directory - Add outside contact info.

Is there a way I can add names and telephone #s of people outside my company to the Corporate directory? I know about the include list, but it looks like it uses a PrimeDN and a site\system code.

I want to add a few consultants from a different company to my directory. No sure how to do...

Yes - you may have already tested.

I have names / numbers of people outside our phone system in the corp directory via the include file and it works just great. I like to put the leading 9 in the include file so users can dial outside numbers by finding the name and simply pressing dial
