Realy just looking to learn how to customise these reports, example would be remove the detail form the call analysis report and just have the sumarry.

I Have OTM linked up to our Active Direcroty database. I am trying to pull information from Active Directory to OTM directory- how do you do this- other than by one record at a time. Also, because I already had PBX information in the system, now when I pull an active directory database record in, it's new or duplicated. How do I delete records from the OTM Directory? Thanks-
