i have been getting an error happening when running reports with otm 2.1 and found a solution fix on nortels site but i dont know otm enough to try it so any help would be great. i was told to run reports with no filters and no sort definitions.....i cannot find where these are to make sure i can turn them off. any help would be great ...thanks

otm 2.1 help

I'm not sure if 2.1 and 2.2 are the same, but... In 2.2, you go to the Sites section of OTM, choose Telemanagement then Telecom Billing System, choose File then Reports, drill down to the actual report you are running. The Filter and Sort options appear in drop down boxes on the right hand side, just set them to (None).
