In OTM 1.20 when I run a report, before the area code on outgoing calls I get "8447".

Ex:
8447216 (area code 216)
84471216 (area code 216, LD)

Is there a way to bury the "8447" from appearing on outgoing calls in reports?

Thanks Again!

One thing that comes to mind is a setting in the Route data Block (prt in LD 21 - chg in LD 16)

Under the CDR subheading:
OPD YES - means all outpulsed digits in CDR
OPD NO - means only "dialed" digits in CDR

In OTM go to 'Edit', 'Telephone Configuration'.
Choose 'Call Digit Translation' and 'Add'.
Name it something like 'ACOD Remove'.
Specify:
Match Digits= 8447
Replace Digits= -

Now the ACOD should be gone on the reports.

I tried that along with:

Match Digits Replace Digits
84471 1
84471216 1216
84471* 1
8447216 216

And chose the new "AOCD Remove" from the dropdown box "Call Digit Translation" in "Telephone Configuration" under our company.

It's like no matter what I fill in on the New Digit Translation Table it doesn't reflect in the reports.

Thanks, I forgot the 2nd step.
And 'ACOD Remove' also has to be selected under 'Service Definition' (3rd level deep).

Think all new call records should be fine and report should reflect them correctly?
Probably the old call records have to be 're-costed' to reflect them correctly also?

I have "ACOD Remove" selected there too and still nothing... bug maybe?

Ok Utreg i just read the bottom of your last post and re-costed then ran a new report and now it's working. Thank you a thousand times over!!!

Ok I have to ask this, sorry!

Is there a way to get the numbers to appear on the reports in a more common format such as "216 123-4567" instead of the way it is now "2161234567"?

Which by the way is much better than "84472161234567" hehe

Thanks Again!
