OTM 1.2, is Win2k SP4 OK?

Our server group wants me to upgrade our OTM 1.2 machine to Windows 2000 service pack 4. Does anyone know if this is sanctioned by Nortel, or where I could possibly find this in print? Thanks,

OTM 1.2 isn't officialy supported with SP4.

If you install SP4 AFTER you have installed OTM it will work...

You could create a test server to see if every thing works for you... That's what I always do (although I have a lab available.)

1.2 will work with 2k sp 4. You need super patch 3 and 6 for OTM. to avoid problems

I think nortel officialy supports the SP4 for OTM 1.2.

You just need MDAC 2.5 for OTM 1.2 installations done with SP4. MDAC version you have on OTM1.2 will not work. Download the MDAC 2.5 from Microsoft website and install it after SP4 and before OTM installation. It will work.
