As administrator I know I can view other peoples mailbox in exchange - but how do I get rid of the list of the mailbox's that I have viewed? They appear on the drop down menu.

Thaks

how did you add them in in the firstplace!!??!! there are two ways of doing it. The first is FILE, OPEN OTHER USERS FOLDER. This will open up another window. The second method is to open up services, exchange server and under the ADVANCED tab, add the user account in.

When you have finished (depending on how they have been set up initially), either close the window or go back into services, exchange server, ADVANCED and remove the additional mailboxes.

doe this help?

Thanks, but that doesn't clear the list. Say I open John Does, then Jane Smithe, then Phil Herrups. Even though I close them the drop down list shows that I have opened them.

Compare this to the history file when you go to view a web site. I want to clear the history that I have opened their mailbox. I don't know if this is possible but it just is getting messy and the list keep sgetting longer.

Thanks

If I remember correctly, there is a limit to the number of entries in that history. Just open several other boxes that aren't important and they'll be overwritten.

create a new mail profile and delete your exsisting one, this will remove the list

When an administrator opens the in-box of another user is that event logged anywhere ?
