I have a problem,
I have a client with a 1.5Gig mailbox whose OST will not recieve new emails from the server after recently upgrading to a new server. We sucessfully rejoined the new domain and synched the emails before the client flew out to china from the UK. Since then outlook just sits and displays "awaiting to update this folder" and nothing happens.
So to get them working we un-ticked cached exchange mode and it works fine. Although the client isn't obviously happy they have to be connected to the net to see any emails.
Has anyone got any suggestions? We would like to put them back on cached exchange mode, but the fear is that doing so will stream their entire email through a broadband dongle and incur massive roaming charges.
