OSN Key?

I programed an OSN key on a M2616 on key 0. I make my 911 test call, shows on my TTY and terminal, but no action when I press OSN key. Is there a cls, I'm not aware of. They're not allowing the operators to access the switychroom anymore. I need a way for them to get OSN info, quickly.

Did you program the OSDN in LD 24?

If you put the OSN on Key 0, you need to have a single appearance DN someplace else on the set. That is the DN you need to reference in LD 24 under the OSDN prompt.
