Dear Friends,
I am trying to make the connectivity between hipath 4k v6 and oscc v8.
But i am unable to resolve. Please any one can guide me.

And also i dont know how to do this.
3.9 Configuring the Connectivity Adapter software (HiPath 4000 V6 only)
When the OpenScape Contact Center system is connected to a HiPath 4000 V6
communication platform, you must configure the Connectivity Adapter settings
that are required by the OpenScape Contact Center system. You must do this on
the communication platform and on the standby Access Point Emergency unit, if
it is being used in a high availability (warm standby) environment.
To configure the Connectivity Adapter settings:
1. Open the CA4000.cfg file using a text editor.
2. Edit the following parameters:
• ALLOW_RELATEDCLD=1
• CALLID_MAX_AGE=14400
• CSTA3_DELAY_DEFLECT_CALL_RESP=1
3. Save and close the file

Thanks in advance

The connectivity between the OSCC and hipath is not happening.
the server and pbx is connected but the application oscc and pbx is showing disconnected.

solved.
csta on h4k provides 4 connectivity adapter with 4 pre defined ports.
for blf cap in needed but i can use the pre configured cptp, xappland acmsm.

Do you have 2 network ports on your OSCC server? One needs to be connected to the Atlantic LAN for connectivity between OSCC and PBX and the other is for the customer LAN.
