Hi Friends

we have two OZbiz installed and networking done by IP trunking
System 1 and System 2
Pri Lines are connected in System 1
Incoming calls are working in System 1
Some did numbers are configured in system 2 and its not working.
Internal Calls between two systems are working fine,
Outgoing external calls are working fine.

External Incoming calls to System 2 is not working in configured DID lines.
Created one virtual extension in System 1 and forwarded too System 2 for external incoming calls are working fine.

The issue is external incoming calls are not lading in system 2 .

Can some one please guide me if any one has any idea.

Thanks

Not familiar with the OZBiz, however,

Is there any routing configured on system 1 to send these numbers to system 2?
Check for trunk to trunk allow settings so system 1 can connect calls from the incoming external trunk to the Tie trunk between the systems.

Hi thepfy

IP trunking is working in between two systems

out going calls from system 2 through system 1 is working fine
internal calls between two systems are working fin.

Only incoming external calls are not landing in system 2 and rejecting with busy tone.

Do you have the License SIP Trunks on each systems?

Dear Massvis

Yes we have SIP trunk license in both system.

Run a packet capture on both systems while making a call in. That may show you why the call is getting busy and whether it is being presented to system 2.

both systems need to know all the numbers and where all the numbers are located.

Thanks for your response

Dear Cody64

Please share me the procedure to take the trace

In Service center I started the trace of ITSP and LCR and unable to load and check the trace.

Dear Sbcsu
Internal calls between two systems are working
Outbound calls also working in both the system (System 1 and System 2)
Only inbound calls to system 2 is not working,
System 1 where PRI is connected inbound calls are working fine.e

When dialing from external to DID numbers of system 2 the call is disconnected with message busy and call later

You need 3 more entries in LCR to route the incoming calls to the slave system.
This is explained in the admin doc in chapter Networking Scenarios

You will find tcp dump under expert mode, maintenance, traces. This will open a new window, click on tcp dump, start and accept all interfaces. Do your test and then click stop. A blue url will appear with the trace file, you will need wireshark to read the trace data. It creates up to 5 files of 50Mb and the data rolls over if you leave the trace running.

Hi Cody 64

while trying to open trace file I am getting the below error

The file any.cap0 is not a capture file in a format wire shark understand

Please help me to take the traces

thanks

What happens if you download the file then right click and select 'open with' and select wireshark. You may need to browse for it. Once the association is done it should work everytime after that. Where are you located?

LCR

Siemens/Unify - Hipath 3000, Openscape Office and Openscape Business.

Hi Laaz,
do you have DID range created in LCR in Dialplan in system1? like -4xxx

or try to untick the outreach call transparent in system1 vise verse in system2.

Hi dreb20

Yes added the extension numbers in LCR

from system 1 to system 2 calls are working fine.
PRI trunk is connected in system 1
Calls both side working fine

from system 2 outbound calls are working but incoming calls are rejected with busy message.
