hi, we have many issues with the osbiz systems, compared to other pbx we install.
We now need to recreate an sd card due to the new software level being to high on the card and not compatible with the older software o nthe system.
Its not a simple process like the avaya and the docs state it needs a usb sd card adapter, i dont have one to hand, but have a sd card reader on the laptop.
it doesnt seem to like this though.

Has anyone used any other program to recreate a sd card with a different software level to what it came with?

I don't know much about it but as far as I remember there is a 'card manager' for the OSB and earlier HiPath 3000 / HiCom 150

yah but the card manager requires a usb sd card reader for some reason, and is not detecting my computers own sd card reader..

I presume you are using the latest (V1 R1.0.015 ) card reader for OSB ?

I believe there is a newer one sbcsu, I'm sure mine ends in 23

Sorry, yes you are correct, the latest is V1 R1.0.023

Hi All,

Image can be download on unify .. actually card manager is needed to recreate new image from higher version to lower vice verse.

then you must need to boot the burn image(Card Manager ISO) to your laptop ..upon booting linux will run after completion of running.. do the uploading image file of OSB (take note OSB image must be copy to your original Windows(OS) C:/

try and tested using windows 7 .for windows 10 did not workk using uploading.
