Hi Friends

I have a customer installed with OS4K V8
If operator forward a external call to any analog extension and if he not answered the call is contineusly ringing unless on hook teh extension.

The analog cards are SLMAV and any body has face teh same issue and resolved or guide me if any setting or configuration has to do in system.

If I'm following correctly, you need to add CFNR and a destination (call forward on no reply).

Dear LoPath,

I have tried that also,to restrict teh ringing.

the call is forwarding to destination and simultaneously the source extension also keep on ringing.

It looks like parrallal ringing.
Unless otherwise on hook or again dial teh same number the ringing is not stopping.
