OS4K Collecting Agent, How to reinstall only COL service/rpm?

Hello

After disk failure and next reinstall and restore from backup Assistant.
Collecting agent not working well.
I can't access to Output and Input line. etc.

I was try to stop collecting by Assistant and via procadmin but nothing change.

Is exist any procedure to reinstall only one Collecting services in Assisant
or maybe set to default this.?

Try with: "vk_activate -c AScol".

I have situation like this.
In System Managemnt/OpenScape Administration tab COL is missing
and I can not manage collecting
