OS warm restart Reason 36

Does anyone know what this means?
Option 11C periodically restarts on it's own. The console says "warm restart, reason 36, interupt changing SL1 priority". This is happening frequently from what I understand from the administrator at this site and all phones service is temporarily interupted. No books to look at so if anyone can shed some light I would appreciate it.

Perrypj...Don't have a spare SSC card, so I guess I'll need to get a part number and order one. Do you know what reason 36 is exactly?

We're calling in vendor support to look at this. I'll post the solution.

Vendor swapped out the Universal Trunk card. We're monitoring to see if this was the fix.

it could be any card in the switch, i hope you had trouble codes and the vendor didn't just happen to have a trunk card on the truck... with no codes before the restart, good luck
