OS Business Call duration

Hello All,

Is there any way to limit outgoing calls duration time. for instance outgoing call should be dropped after 5 minutes.

I know OS Biz doesnt support this feature by default.
I wonder if this can be enabled with third party solution?

I can't answer if you can automatically drop calls like that, but it seems doubtful.

I can tell you that you can get a product called Traffic Analyst by Impact Technologies that will harvest the CDR information from your system and can report to you when long calls happen and identify the phone/user that is making them. That way you can address the situation directly with the people causing the problem rather than unceremoniously dropping a call tham ight have a perfectly valid reason to be that long. You can also see who they called, or who called them, etc.
