For the first time today I inserted an organizational chart into my PowerPoint presentation.
The chart is small and I highlighed the box surrounding the chart, selected a bigger font and it changed the font on all my subordinates, and so on.

Now my subordinates boxes are too small for the font.

I wonder if there is a way to say: make the boxes as big as it is needed to fit the text.

Also...at the start of the chart, when I insert it, the subordinates come colored in orange. I then manually have to change it one by one.
Is there a way to change the setting from the start so that all the subsequent inserts are in the color I need?

Thanks for your help

Go to View, then create a SLIDE MASTER, insert this master slide whereever and whenever you want. It will contain the Colour, layout et.
