Org Chart Import Cross Multiple Pages

Anyone,

I am importing an Org Chart that is rather large and it puts it all on one page with most scrolling down below page in dead space.

Anyone know how I can make the chart span multiple pages without cut and copy block by block. Cut and copy is VERY cumbersome with so many values.

I aslo have similar issue to recent post about how I make the org chart refresh when data refreshes without losing all my formatting work. (i.e. I change the Excel spreadsheet that is the source of the Visio Diagram other poster is using access)

Hi Miller,

I presume you are using the org chart wizard to create the your chart from an Excel file. You will be given the option to either specify which information to display on each page by choosing the employee at the top of the page and the number of levels below. Or alternativley you can let the wizard automatically break your org chart for you.
