I have a client who wants to receive weekly garden orders into their access db. Members only. And the orders change weekly -- one week they might have brocoli and the next week none).

Someone told me to put an access db online is dumb.

Would it be better to do
a html form
somehow script from email to access??

simpliest and fastest is best as they are non profit --
any ideas are appreciated. I am now not familar with Access or scripting....

I see no reasoning to say
put an access db online is dumb
if the audience is that large then you would want SQL server etc. as a larger DB that can handle more input at once but if it is not then using a access DB is fine and easy to set up. simple connect and insert the data. at that point all you need is a form to the DB not a email sent. is the question on how to do this or mainly on if that is what you should do? I dare to learn more

I am looking for easy ways to do it.

I think the person was saying Access online is dumb because of
the security issues. I know SQL would be better! but, I don't think they have the money to do that.

Thank you for your reply. Form to the Access db sounds easy.
