Ordering CAL's for a Windows Server

Hi, I have the following:
4 domains
1 Win 2003 server in each domain
15 users in each domain

I want to order 20 CAL license chunks. Do I have to purchase a 20 user CAL per domain? (would equal total of 80 CAL's)

Or could I just buy a total of three 20 user cals for everyone? (would equal 60 CAL's, exactly the amount of total users I have)

So in other words, I want to know if I can split up my 20 user CAL pack, and use it on 2 different servers...

If you get 60 per seat CAL's, then you're fine.
