Yes, I got it from the Nortel website. Thank you. I thought about that after I wrote the post. Sorry about that. I didn't think it was a "Nortel" product. I thought it was just a program that someone or another company came up with. But, again. Thank you.

No Worries. I've got a Procomm Plus script program that I've done for doing listings taken from a Meridian / Succession system. I use it in conjunction with OrderPro.

Do you know when to use which orderpro version? How does the orderpro version and the CS1K version matches up?

I usually use the latest OrderPro version for any Meridian / Succession system. I've not come across any problems with the program.

I think the only difference with the newer version is that it can capture the information from the older switches as well. Ie - SL1's. Or at least that was what I was told. That I had to have version 7 in order to get the info for the switch I was looking for. Don't know of any other enhancements it may have.
