order pro 10.2.1 Run-time error `3050`Could not lock file.

good morning guys.

I installed the order pro software on a TS Server for other users.

I'm in the administrator group and it's working perfecly.
All other users are in the "Remote Desktop Users" groups (for security purpose). When they click on the application, it sais Run-time error `3050`Could not lock file.
If I give them full admin rights, the application is fully fonctional. But I can't do that.

I tried a couple of stuff.

1) give them the right to read/write (and I even tried full control) on the whole folder in program files
2) I put the application at "Run as admin".
3) Also the shortcut.
4) I even tried to manipulate the lock key on the registery (no worries I did a backup )

Does any of you had that issue and know how to solve it?

Problem solved. A friend who's less blind than me found it


I had to give the permission to modify the folder orderPro10.2.1 Under c:/program files(x86). But I also had to do the same for the folder opfiles that is not Inside orderPro10.2.1...
