Is there any way to control the order in which records appear in a subform??? I would like my subform to be sorted by the date field, but the records show up in an apparently random order. Any ideas how to correct this?

Thanks,

Daniel

Go to the design of the subform and select the data source from the properties. Click on the far right button that has three dots: "...". This will get you into the underlying query. Select the date field and "Ascending" or "Descending" for the sort. Kyle [pc1]
