Oracle8i & WebDB on NT4.0

I have stand-alone NT4.0 with Oracle8i and WebDB, a Win98, and one NT4.0 PDC. Both Win98 and NT4.0 log into NT4.0 PDC.

I can use WebDB(in IE5.0) on the NT4.0 stand-alone. However, I cannot use the WebDB on Win98. What should I do to make it work?

Start the listner manually from command prompt on NT
by using following command

wdblsnr -console host/IP 80 start

then brows it from Win 98 after few seconds try it using

http://(host/IP):80/webdb/

this will definately work
