how much records i can store in oracle?

I have seen until 3.000.000 working properly,
but the theorical limit must be higher.

thanks
one of my friend said me its unlimited is it true?

Pretty much, Now that you can partion a table you can just keep adding partions so I don't think any O/S limits would apply. I've implemented a system with such a table, across all partions we had 11 million records it's probably more now...

your only limit is the amount of disk you have.

Pram:
I just found it.
The Oracle8i Datatbase has a limit of 512petabytes. You can create up to 64,000 partitions!
