oracle technet download of 8.1.7 personal ed for NT/2000 isn't working

Hi All,

Please can someone confirm whether they have been able to download Oracle 8.1.7 personal ed for NT/2000 off the Oracle site. I keep getting page can not be displayed and GetRight can't connect.

I am arguing with my ISP over this one so any help is appreciated.

I have tried your URL and its working for me... maybe you should pushed your issue with your ISP further.

I just began the down load process with no problems. I know that I had issues down loading the 9i Database, but found that if I began the down load after 7:00 EST, things worked fine.
