Hi all,

In oracle we use SET HEADING OFF to hide colums titles.
What is the equivalence in SYBASE?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Palmero.

I use ASE 11.9.2 at the moment, and I've never found a way to do it automatically. We have to push all out query results through a shell-script to get rid of the rubbish :-(

Greg.

Hi Greg,
Under the current releases of isql there is the parameter- b

Parameters
-b
disables the display of the table headers output.

Or you could

isql -Uid -Ppwd -Sserver -iIn_file | tail +n

to strip the column headers and dashed lines.
