Oracle enterprise manager 10G Blank screen

I've installed OEM 10G for windows and when
I try to connnect to name>:18100/ I get a blank white page.

Is there something I'm missing ? The services seems to be up and running etc.

Normally the port assigned is 1158 so it would look like this:

name>:1158

unless you have changed the port no.
