I consider the possibility to lose both target and recovery catalog databases. Although I have the both databases backups I can't restore these backups from NetWorker (by NMO).
For simplification I assume using Recovery Manager with option "nocatalog" (recovery of single database).
I assume to run recovery on a new installation of OS(Win2000), Oracle database and all required software as NW and NMO clients.
The key thing is the restore of the controlfile from NetWorker using RMAN by NMO. But I can't perform this.

Thanks a lot in advance for your help.

I am not an Oracle expert, but I have spend a lot of time last year interfacing RMAN and NetWorker in my firm.
To simplify, for DR purposes, our RMAN backup script has been enhanced to do the following :

After RMAN hot backup, another disk copy of the last current controlfile is done :
RMAN statement is more or less :
backup current controlfile format '<format>';
allocate channel d1 type disk;
copy current controlfile to '<destination>'

This way a copy of the controlfile "AFTER backups" is saved on disk as a standard (NON RMAN) NetWorker backed-up file.
As OS backup runs, after RMAN backup, this special copy of the controlfile is on same tapes as the RMAN data.

First DR step is to recover that file and start from there.

Hope this answer is relevant to your question.
