Does anybody know where can I find a good tutorial on Oracle Designer about application generation?

There's one shipped with Designer itself (or at least it was with 6i).

Yes, there is one that comes with Designer, but it is very superficial (mostly about Application Generation, in my opinion) and I would like to get something else about it.

Try to look for Headstart. Unfortunately now it's distributed only among Oracle Partners.
