Oracle APEX (Application Express ) Login issue

Hi,
I don't know whether this is the right forum to address my query related to Oracle APEX.
The admin has quit the organisation & nobody has the password to Oracle Apex. I am new to the organisation & I have to login.
I tried all means but of no help. Also checked the internet for solutions but all those didn't work.
Can somebody help me out please. Would appreciate if you can share some link/whitepaper etc.
