Oracle 10g install requirements

My company is planning a DB upgrade from Oracle 8.1.7.4 to either 9.2 or 10g. I have found hw/sw requirements for 9i but have not been so lucky with the same for 10g. The OTN site is full of white papers and marketing stuff but no manuals. Does anyone know where to find the hw/sw requirements for installation and operation of Oracle 10g? HP-UX specific if possible.

If you are purchasing the 10G database licenses then you should get the installation documentation along with the software.

You can actually request from oracle - or the reseller for a technical preview - just express your upgrade interest - they will be more than willing to oblige.you can get the min system requirements etc from them.
