Optra C710 - error 990 service engine

I am getting a error 990 service engine code. I have removed the additional paper trays. Error still continues. Cannot clear. Need help please....

Hi
This error 990 has 3 possible faults.

1. Coupling Motor is not turning. You will have to check this.
2. Mk2 Cable
3. Engine Board
